Martingale or Choke Collar for Bulldog?

Did your well trained Bulldog became naughty or aggressive, started pulling on a lead, attacking or jumping on people and animals? Any of these behavioral problems are corrected with a full choke or a half choke collar. Which one to get for your Bulldog?

The choke collar for Bulldog is a loop that will tighten around the dog's neck when it pulls or you jerk a leash. There is a loose ring, which slides along and tightens the choker. The lead is attached to a fixed ring.

The collar is loosen and does not act if Bulldog walks calm and doesn't pull on the leash. The choker action is based on natural instincts when a mother-dog brings up puppies.

Compare head and neck sizes and add 2-3 inches to the bigger size to specify corresponding length of the chain collar. Perfect size of the choker is when it easily goes over Bulldog's head and touches ears not much.
• Choke collars are not used for daily walking.
• Don't jerk the lead during training because too much collar tightening may do harm to the dog.
• Do not leave Bulldog alone with the choke collar on.

Choke collar of natural leather is one of the best suitable due to its silent action and safety. Genuine leather is perfect for Bulldogs with sensitive skin being hypoallergic. The collar can be worn in any weather and season because leather doesn't become too cold in frost and does not overheat in the sun. Leather choker will keep Bulldog's coat in ideal condition.

The martingale or semi-choke collar consists of a leather strap and a chain stopper. This stopper allows the collar tightening to a set point only. That is the difference between full and half choke collars.
