Shipping & Returns

There are two ways of your orders shipping at our website:

1. Registered Mail - it will be lasting for 6-12  business days. See the table with prices below.

2. EMS-Express shipping - it will be lasting for you for 3-6 business days and costs 16 GBP. With online tracking info. For this option, please apply directly and one should pay additionally appr. 16 GBP for this service depending on the weight of your parcel. Apply to us, please to pay the shipping price difference.

Bite sleeves, training blinds and dog jumps are delivered by EMS Express service. The delivery takes 5-10 business days for these products from the factory in Eastern Europe.

Items are shipped 1-4 days after payment receipt. Shipping and handling fees - 0.99GBP.

Custom Duties and Taxes

We are international company from the USA, the products are shipped from our factories in the USA, Israel and East European Countries directly.

Company sends orders outside of the UK worldwide. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, levied by the destination country ("Import Fees").

The UK orders may be imposed by taxes in concordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be taken by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Return policy

Damaged Items or Wrong Shipment

All items (except close-outs) are returnable provided it is within 7 days of delivery. Customers are required to pay additional shipping for exchanges. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless the item is defective or the order was improperly filled. If you have received a damaged item or the wrong item, please accept our apologies.

  • Damages: We will file a claim with our shipping company and send a replacement as soon as we obtain a claim approval number, usually within 48-72 hours. If you require immediate replacement, we will charge your credit card for the second shipment and offer a refund once our shipping company has made a determination regarding the first shipment.

  • Incorrect Shipments: You will be charged at the time the second order is sent and reimbursed once the return or incorrect item is received at our location.

    Return Policy

    Refund is for the sale price only (shipping and handling are non-refundable). All items (except close-outs) are returnable provided it is within 7 days of delivery. Customers are required to pay additional shipping for exchanges. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless the item is defective or the order was improperly filled.

    We recommend that you carefully pack your return and insure it to with the shipping company to avoid liability in case the item is damaged in transit. If you return items in a condition that isn't just like new, we will not provide a refund. We will donate the item to our local rescue program on your behalf. You will not receive credit for these returns. You will have the satisfaction of knowing you are helping dogs that are less fortunate.

    How To Return An Item

    Pack Your Return - If your return meets the above criteria, wrap your item carefully. Enclose a copy of your packing slip with the return.

    Please note - important!

    Collars and Harnesses which were made up to custom size request - are not accepted for refund or exchange. They are accepted for refund or exchange only if pre-agreed individually.
